The special-purpose type-500 wheat flour for sourdough and homemade past<\/strong>ries<\/strong> is a shade darker than <\/strong>the <\/strong>type<\/strong>–<\/strong>400, <\/strong>while also being<\/strong> characterized by fine granulation<\/strong>. Homemade rolls, pizza or strudels are impossible to imagine without this type of flour. Products made from this type have a slightly rougher dough structure. This is also the best-selling flour from our factory. It takes as much as 60\u201365% of the total quantities produced.<\/p>\n
