Žitopromet is a manufacturer of mill products known for its long tradition and high quality of products. The food product safety is our top priority, due to which, from the entry of raw materials to the end-user, the entire process of production of a single loaf of bread or pastry undergoes a strict procedure and has a clear structure.

In order to maintain the top quality of our products, we have introduced sa hazard analysis system and critical checkpoints – HACCP, as well as FSSC 22000, version 4.1, food safety systems including ISO 22000:2005; ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements.

We also apply other systems in our business, such as the food safety system, the SRPS ISO 22000: 2007 system, the SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and the OHSAS 18001: 2008 occupational health and safety management system. The mentioned certificates are applied in both mill and bakery production.
