Wheat semolina type 400

Wheat semolina (T-400) is a product obtained by grinding cleaned and prepared wheat from the central part of the grain. The product is white to yellowish in color, with uniform granulation and high energy value. Semolina is intended for the production of various types of pasta and food for both children and adults. This product is one of the best sources of protein, rich in essential minerals and vitamins.
