Wheat white flour type 500

The special-purpose type-500 wheat flour for sourdough and homemade pastries is a shade darker than the type400, while also being characterized by fine granulation. Homemade rolls, pizza or strudels are impossible to imagine without this type of flour. Products made from this type have a slightly rougher dough structure. This is also the best-selling flour from our factory. It takes as much as 60–65% of the total quantities produced.
